The Helios2 Contract is changing: New version available on November 30

Back in August, we announced we’d be making some changes to the Helios2 Contract, and the time has finally come! Your clients can get access to:

1. Revised fees
2. Two new fee options
3. Nine new funds

Regulatory material and forms

We’ve updated the Contract and Information Folder and the Contract Application documents. Please note the following changes to the regulatory documents::

• The Fund Facts have been combined into one document, which will be available separately from the Contract and Information Folder from now on. Please make sure to give both to your clients at the time of sale.
• The fund charts that were previously in the Contract Application documents are now available in a separate document. This document also replaces the fund chart (13244E) that was created for the Helios2 Contract.
• We’ve prepared a checklist to help you with the sales process.

Starting November 27, you’ll be able to order copies of these documents from the warehouse (please use the numbers below when ordering). You can also use the PDF versions.

We’ll accept previous versions of the forms until December 31, 2020. However, given how important the changes are, we strongly suggest you only use the new forms.
